Eeek! I’m still so behind, I’m thinking I will be stretching The Marathon into February a bit but I will see what I can do. I’m hoping to get my mini-canvases by early week because now I’m out of the small canvas boards too. I cleaned out the craft store, so I’m hoping they may be restocked if I can make it there on Monday. Regardless, I’ve had a beautiful weekend with the family and some time to do a little painting. My mom was in town, so we had a great time relaxing and walking around Bisbee. It’s a town that makes my heart flutter with the feeling that I belong there, and there is always something quirky or different to catch the eye (I’ll have to share some Bisbee photographs with you sometime). It was a much needed weekend de-stressing.  I realized I have not taken much down time at all lately, so it was rejuvenating to be away from the computer and work, spending time being present with the ones I love.

Here are my 22nd and 23rd paintings of the big MINI ART MARATHON! They look pretty cute in frames…I tested them out in some frames to see how they would look.
