I’m feeling a bit schizophrenic with my art.

One day I like to paint with bright colors; the next, more subdued. Today I’m enjoying smoother brush strokes, but other days I like a more painterly style. And then, there’s days like today where the wackiness takes hold. Sometimes I think my imagination has a bit of Dr. Seuss floating around. I did indulge quote heavily in his books as a child, and have recently realized he is a big influence of mine.

Does anyone else experience this? For those of you who have a definite “style” did you every go through a period where you were all over the board?

Well, it was fun painting! Here’s today’s min straight from Kimmy-land, or rather, JOY-land?
