These gorgeous rosemary, sage, and rose petal smoke medicine bundles (also called smudge in some cultures) are handcrafted by our hands directly from our garden in Southern Arizona.

Each stick is about 6″ long and roughly a half ounce. The herbs we use may vary and can include rosemary, varieties of sage or possibly pine, rose, possibly creosote, and a colorful variety of roses.
Smoke medicine has been used for thousands of years by many cultures to cleanse your environment of negative energy, for rituals or ceremonies, and more bringing about more balance. Rosemary is specifically associated with protection and love, sage is used to wash off the outside world, and rose offers love, peace, and divination.
Please note that all herbal smoke medicine bundles will be different and unique, just as each leaf and petal are unique. No two bundles are the same and they may look slightly different than pictured in the photo. All smudges are one of a kind and made with love and healing intention. Smoke bundle will arrive dried.
All herbs are grown by us and are pesticide free. The string is 100% cotton.

It’s always a good idea to make sure your area is well ventilated and that you contain the ashes and flame to non-flammable surfaces. We are not responsible for any mishaps or mishandling that may occur from smudging with our sticks.
