This Broth Booster pouch is packed with immune system supportive and nourishing herbs and mushrooms to give your homemade broths a boost! Use it with fresh veggies, fresh mushrooms, and or fresh meat and bone broths.

Organic Ingredients: reishi mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, nettles, oat straw, onions, garlic, peppercorns, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and bay leaf.

To Make: add 2-4 quarts of water to a large stock pot. If using animal bones, add those first and simmer, covered, for at least 12 hours before adding the next ingredients. Next, add any fresh vegetables, fresh mushrooms, onion, garlic, ginger, or additional desired ingredients. Add the contents of this pack. simmer, covered, for 6-12 hours. Allow to cool and then strain. refrigerate. You can use this as a base for other soups or simply drink it on its own.
