The addition of clay helps to detoxify the skin by pulling out debris and unwanted oils from pores. Neem is mentioned in most Ayurvedic formulations for the treatment of skin disorders because of its detoxifying and anti-bacterial properties.

A small amount of bergamot and lavender essential oil adds a touch of serenity and spa-like aroma while also helping to balance out the strong smell of Neem. These skin-loving essential oils also clarify and calm skin.

Suitable for men and women and all skin types including oily and dry skin.

This is a great alternative to soap and is comparable  or even better than some of the much higher priced popular cleansing balms.

You can use this cleanser with or without water! Either way, when used on the skin it will provide intense moisture, healing, and protection while at the same time removing dirt and makeup. It’s gentle yet effective. Apply to skin and either wipe off with a cloth, or massage in warm water and then wipe off. You can also leave it on overnight for added suppleness and detoxification, and then wash off in the shower.

TO USE:
With completely dry hands**, scoop out a small amount of cleanser and in circular motions, massage onto dry skin of face and neck. Gently wash off with a warm, damp cloth or moistened fingers, or allow to rest on skin overnight. Rinse thoroughly with water.

**It is important not to introduce any water into balm to prevent spoilage. This is a preservative-free waterless product, and water will change its ability to self preserve.
